Photo Package
In this package I will set up a time with you to take photos inside and outside the house. With wide angle lenses and other professional equipment I will locate the best angles and viewing compositions of the property to give the viewer the optimal experience. Capturing the golden angle to show off the property in the best way leaves the viewer feeling complete. I will take my time to make sure the property is represented correctly and with great detail. Areas like garages, sheds or separate features counting as additional room.

Blue Hour Shots: The best way to show off your beautiful home!
$200/hr
Extra time to set up, plan, execute shot and organize around particular time.
* Areas of high contrast will be taken with an HDR (high dynamic range) method of photography.
* Properties outside 15 miles will be charged 65.5 cents/mile for gasoline and time.
Drone Package
In this package I will not only take photos of the whole interior and exterior, but I will also fly the drone and capture a unique angle of the home and surrounding property. This additional perspective will give the viewer a sense of space and create a different ambiance a traditional photo can’t deliver. Just drone shots or video of your property is also an option.
Rates for drone content:
Drone Photos and Video: $175/hr. This would also include editing time.
Video Walk Through
In a video walk through I will move in and around the building with a gimbal and camera giving the viewer a three dimensional feel of the property. Even though I try to capture a three dimensional feel in my photography, a video walk through adds another element. Carefully moving my way around the building I create a seamless visual experience with the use of the camera and gimbal which insures for a steady shot.
