In order to get this incredible shot of the Northern Lights I had to sacrifice a nights worth of sleep. Taken at 3:30am before the sun came up I took this photo. All night the clouds hung overhead like a blanket but at last the clouds finally moved off just as day was about to break.

On this clear night in northern Vermont I traveled up to Tinker Farm to get this photo of the Milky Way. With some of the clearest sky’s all summer I aimed the camera to the south and grabbed this amazing shot.

Here in Burlington, VT were lucky to have several prominent rocks on Lake Champlain that make for incredible subjects. This one was taken just after sunset. As the clouds passed by overhead I set up a long exposure to create some motion in the sky.

Another angle of Tinker Farm. As the Milky Way continued to move and rise I had to adjust my position to create the best composition.

One of my favorite shots taken at the Stowe Pinnacle Overlook. As the un sets during the autumn colors it creates incredible color and glow off the mountains.

Comet Tsuchinshan-ATLAS passing by our solar system )October 14th, 2024. This was a tracked image I took of this incredible comet.

Zooming out a little wider, I positioned the sky over a farm just south of Burlington. This helps create a sense of space and scale of the image.

Another shot of Comet Tshuchinshan-ATLAS as it stuck around for a couple of weeks. This time I possitioned it over one of our little lighthouses in Burlington.

Finding a field of sunflowers is not an easy thing to do here in Vermont. But luckily the summer of 2024 I was able to find and shoot by one.

This is a stitched photo I took of 2024’s Great American Total Solar Eclipse. Passing right over Vermont I didn’t have to travel far to get the shot I wanted. Using my 400mm lens and a special filter I got these shots of the moon passing over the sun until totality. This shot comes with optional white font for the day and place of shooting. Without font, it can be hung horizontal or vertically.
